Corporate & company setup

Company formation and corporate housekeeping for local and foreign owned businesses.

Most of our corporate work starts with one simple question: what kind of company do I actually need? We help founders, family businesses and international groups choose a structure that fits how they really operate, set it up properly and keep it in good order year after year.

What we help with

  1. 01

    KBLI business codes

We match your real activities to the right codes, so your licences cover what you actually do.

  2. 02

Deed of establishment & OSS licensing

Notary coordination, ministry approval and your business identification number (NIB), handled end to end.

  3. 03

    Shareholder & partner agreements

Clear rules for decisions, deadlock and exit, agreed while everyone still gets along.

  4. 04

    Corporate housekeeping

Annual meetings, minutes, director changes and amendments, kept on a calendar so nothing lapses.

Questions clients ask

Can you act as a nominee shareholder?

No. We never offer or arrange nominee structures. They put clients at serious legal risk, and we would rather explain the lawful options plainly.

Do I need to be in Bali to set up a company?

Not for most steps. Many documents can be signed remotely by power of attorney. We tell you upfront which moments need you in person.
