How we work
What working
with us looks like
Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether it is a single contract review or a long term retainer.
We listen first
A first conversation, free and without obligation, to understand your situation before we give any advice.
A clear proposal
Scope, timeline and fee in writing, on one page. You know what you are paying for before we start.
One lawyer, start to finish
Your matter has one responsible lawyer, supported by a partner, who keeps you updated every week.
Still here afterwards
When the matter closes, we stay on call for questions, renewals and whatever comes next.
About the firm
Rooted in Bali, built on trust.
Tirta & Partners was founded in 2012 by two Balinese advocates who wanted a firm that explains the law as clearly as it practises it. Today we are six lawyers in Renon, Denpasar, still small enough to know every client by name.
- Plain language in every letter and advice note
- Fees agreed in writing before work begins
- Every matter supervised by a partner
- Strict confidentiality, always
